Beef Sliders/Burgers Hawaiian Rolls

Hawaiian Rolls Beef Sliders

This is one of my favorite game day recipes, it's super easy and everyone loves it.

Equipment

  • Instant pot
  • Backing pan optional

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bags of 24 King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese
  • 3 pounds beef
  • 16 oz Party tray cheese (Colby jack, mild cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper jack)
  • 6 tbsp of melted butter
  • sesame seeds for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Grab your Hawaiian Sweet Rolls and slice them in half (sandwich style)
  • Layer a generous amount of shredded cheese
  • Toss some of that cooked ground beef (dum ka kheema, recipe coming soon) you made in Instant Pot
  • Place the cheese slices and close the bun
  • Top it off with some butter and sesame seeds and pop it in the oven
  • Heat up the oven to 350 degrees and place your buns in the oven for 3-5 mins
  • Walah! It's ready to dig in and enjoy!

Hi Fam! 

Hope y'all are well, this was such an easy recipe to make. I usually make the ground beef in my Instant pot. You can also fry it in a pan with some ginger-garlic paste, salt, red pepper, crushed pepper, two spoons of tomato paste, and some parsley.  If you want my dum ka kheema recipe (Indian/Pakistani style ground beef), you'll get it soon. This is one of my favorite game day foods because it's easy to assemble and everyone loves it. You can add tomatoes, chopped onions, and fresh avocado to make the sliders/burgers taste better. I served it just with ground beef and cheese because this ground beef recipe had Indian style spices in it. 
This recipe is not spicy, I would rate it 4 out of 10. Just so you have an idea, I made 48 sliders for 10 people, and only 10 were left over.
